Hello Ladies and Gentlemen, if you like Organ Jazz, then you might like this song: AROUND MY FINGER A Tribute to Jimmy Smith (*1928 -†2005) Original Song by M0nTy_PyTh0n (Hyena Studios) - HD:
My first jazz song I composed and performed live in 1987 during my abitur (high school graduate) ceremony with a jazz combo of my choice. Two musicians of this combo are now professional graduated musicians. However, it was a simple jazz song - standard like. This one is better! I have composed, arranged and performed ALL(!) instruments you hear in this music track. I play piano since almost 40 years, but Jimmy Smith drag my attention about 7 years ago. The Hammond B3 is a fantastic keyboard with a unique sound. Jimmy Smith was a pioneer on that instrument. Therefore, I dedicate this song to him. These are the instruments I have composed and performed for this song: - Hammond B3 Organ - Jazz Drum Kit I+II - Fender Jazz Bass - Trumpets - Tenor Trombone - Tenor Saxophone - Vibraphone . Thanks to all, who have published these fantastic pictures of Jimmy Smith in high resolution. If you are the owner of any copyrights for any photos inside this video ... just contact me.
