Ahave that you actually think about whether we are a place at all and do we even have a behavior and then a culture that supports that it will ever be to reality T Yes because now I have my sheet. Lets just say WeMarket. We have decided that we must have some kind of growth. We have had the help of Troels to actually break this down into atoms and find out that well today I have to call . there as an organization How do you change a culture for example How do you get people to actually execute on that goal. Thats the hard part isnt it Motivation is the springboard for the execution of goals TR This is clearly the difficult part and one of the paradoxes in this is that the vast majority of people who want to succeed in Phone Number List something or other when they are sitting in that planning or strategy process there is I suppose at least thats how I think its that then there is a motivation to get there and you also have some knowledge of how to get there. And as they say if you have the motivation and if you have the knowledge then it should be the way you want it to be. But one of the problems with motivation is that it often occurs at a time when we need it. We all know that when we are lying on the sofa at home and have just eaten a Snickers or a bag of chips then we sit and think Tomorrow we are going for a run. And when it comes to morning funnily enough nothing happens because then we are not motivated for it anymore. And this is where behavior design or the concept of behavior comes in because we have to define what it is that we need to do.
